Sad because aside from from expensive parking slot...now become worst, no more available...so buyer's must better review...unit still selling

Yes agree with the parking issue and water billing charges. Already thinking of selling our unit actually. Admin is not helpfull with the unit owners so pls for those who are planning to get a unit here make a research and think twice.

There are many condo for sale Manila Philippines. Actually I am looking for one. The property mentioned above is quite nice. Is this property has available unit ? Hope I can get one.
